Thank you for your query regarding your 29MT45D-PZ
After looking into your query, I can confirm that the only way the Picture In Picture function works is with a TV input into the Antenna port on the back of the TV and then another input of some kind like HDMI.
It will not work with 2 x HDMI inputs at the same time or any other combination. Please try getting your TV channels from a different source and ensure you are using the antenna port on the back. As you are not in the UK, I cannot be sure how your TV signal is received. You may want to contact LG Bulgaria or an LG Support team closer to your country as we only deal with queries about LG UK products.
